Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. You have 14 days from the good received date to contact us if you wish to return an item(s) for a refund or exchange. We can also accept returns for a gift card in exchange. Customers are responsible for paying to return any goods. However if you are sending an item(s) back for an exchange we will cover the cost to send the replacement item(s) back out to you.
Please ensure all goods returned are in their original packaging. If goods are found to be damaged on return this may result in a charge for the goods.
